Had a great experience! Got a response to my VM quickly - I left the message at 10 PM expecting a response the next morning.  The young man who I spoke with was professional kind and courteous and showed up quickly and it didn't take long for him and his helper to remove my stuff and the price was fair.

All of the above! We helped out a friend when they moved several months ago and they never came back for the stuff. Our back patio was littered with bookcases, bins and bags of I don't even know what. The men came out with their dumpster and filled it in less than an hour. Absolutely reliable & professional service!  Chris returned my initial call within the same day, appointment made to meet to assess the job, was punctual for that appointment, he set the expectation of work he would complete, gave a fair price, we reserved a date for the work to be completed, again arriving on-time, and he and his team cleaned out a rental unit (it was a job, too) in his estimated time. Chris helped me in a bind and went above and beyond.  I don't think I would used anyone else after this experience. I previously used a junk pickbup and for the minimal amount of things they charged close to his fee. Hands down the best in Pittsburgh!!!!
